The Vorpex Engagement Process

A complete walkthrough of every stage from initial inquiry through the first year of partnership.

  1. 30 minutes · No cost

    Introduction Call

A direct conversation about your operation, no slides, no sales pitch. We ask about the ERP you run, the gaps your team works around every day, and whether what you're describing is something we're the right fit to build. The call ends with either a scheduled site visit or an honest referral to a more appropriate provider.

  2. Half day · No cost

    Site Visit

We visit your facility to watch the work happen, not just hear about it. We walk the floor, sit with your team, and document every place where data is manually transferred, decisions are made from memory, or processes break down. This is where we build the real picture of what needs to be built and why.

    Frequently Asked Questions

  3. 5–7 business days

    Scoped Proposal

Based on what we observed during the site visit, we write a fixed-scope proposal: what we'll build, how long it will take, and exactly what it will cost. No hourly billing, no ambiguous estimates, no surprise change orders. If scope changes after sign-off, we discuss it openly before a single line of code is touched.

    Build

Development happens in two-week sprints. Every sprint closes with a working demo: real software running in a staging environment, not mockups. You give feedback in plain language; we adjust and build. Your ERP integration is handled early so we're testing against live data throughout, not discovering edge cases at the end.

    Frequently Asked Questions

  5. 1–2 weeks

    Launch and Training

We deploy to production, migrate your data, and run live training sessions with the people who will use the software every day. For the first two weeks post-launch, we're on-call at no additional cost, available to fix issues, answer questions, and make minor adjustments as your team gets up to speed.

    Frequently Asked Questions

    Retainer Commencement

Once the software is live, the retainer begins. We handle bugs, enhancements, and ongoing development under a shared roadmap. You get a dedicated Slack channel, a monthly planning session, and a team that already knows your operation inside out. The goal isn't to keep you dependent on us; it's to keep your software current as your business grows.
